Liity mukaan 'Seniori Taekwon-Do' -kurssillemme, joka on erityisesti suunniteltu yli 50-vuotiaille. Kurssilla harjoitat voimaa, tasapainoa, liikkuvuutta sekä opit taistelulajimme perustaitoja kuten potkuja ja lyöntejä.
