- Alkeiskurssi kestää koko treenikauden syyskuusta toukokuuhun. Oppimasi testataan kahdessa vyökokeessa, joista ensimmäinen on helmikuussa ja toinen toukokuussa.

- The beginners course will last a full season (September-May). You will be assessed twice through a belt test (February and May).
